Bulk Mode is a dedicated environment for the structured management of domains, introduced in the new version of the control panel. It is designed to apply uniform changes in a controlled way, with preventive risk analysis and secure operation queuing.
It is not simply a multiple-action shortcut, but a true working mode, specifically designed for users who manage large sets of domains.
Bulk Mode is characterized by:
- a persistent selection of domains to operate on
- a preventive analysis logic before execution
- a controlled operation queue
- a transactional, structured, and verifiable management approach
Who it is for
Bulk Mode is particularly intended for:
- users managing a domain portfolio
- those performing periodic parking rotations
- users moving domains between different hosting environments or configurations
- those needing to standardize DNS configurations across multiple domains
- users performing repetitive operations who want to reduce the risk of human error
It is especially useful for domainers, resellers, agencies, and advanced users working with large domain sets.
What problems it solves
Without dedicated tools, operating on many domains can lead to:
- manual repetition
- a high risk of omissions
- non-uniform configurations
- an increased probability of errors
Bulk Mode allows you to:
- select a set of domains
- analyze them before making changes
- verify potential issues
- execute operations in a consistent and controlled manner
This significantly reduces errors and inconsistencies.
Preventive Risk Analysis
Some bulk operations may involve significant changes to domain configurations.
For this reason, before final queuing, Bulk Mode includes a
risk preview function that:
- analyzes the current configuration of the selected domains
- highlights potential critical issues
- indicates configurations that may be modified or overwritten
- allows a consistency check before final confirmation
This step is essential to ensure conscious and responsible use of structured operations.
What Bulk Mode is NOT
Bulk Mode does not replace other control panel tools.
It is not:
- a record-by-record modification tool
- an advanced DNS editor
- a substitute for multi-domain DNS management
- a free editing environment
Instead, it is a transactional and structured mode, designed to apply uniform operations to a defined set of domains.
For individual or highly customized changes, the multi-domain DNS management tool remains available.
Available Operations
Below are the operations currently available in Bulk Mode.
GiDiNet DNS Record Factory Reset
Allows you to restore the default DNS records required for the proper functioning of GiDiNet services (parking/redirect), applying a uniform configuration to the selected domains.
Before queuing, a preview is displayed with an analysis of potential impacts.
Bulk Nameserver Change with Preview
Allows you to change the nameservers of multiple domains simultaneously.
The procedure includes a summary and confirmation screen before execution, reducing the risk of errors caused by accidental selections.
How to Get Started
- Access the domain list.
- Select the domains of interest.
- Activate Bulk Mode.
- Choose the operation to apply.
- Review the preview and confirm queuing.
